Builan Nuur LLC was first established in 2011 to operate in the fields of foreign trade and energy construction. It is a company with 14 years of continuous experience in the industry since it began its operations, gradually obtaining special licenses from the Ministry of Energy to carry out maintenance, installation, testing and adjustment of overhead power lines and substations, and to construct 0.4-15 kV power sources in 2012, 0.4-35 kV in 2017, and 0.4-110 kV and 0.1-5 MW power sources in 2024.
